Hard to believe you have left this place but I know you went out fighting like that Ranger you knew you are! This man won my heart and is a true friend. If you got to meet this man you had a real friend and one of the hardest working and very fun man. He loved to help everyone and he always had a way to make things seem ok even if the roof was falling in .lol I will see you again on the flip side and you better be ready to keep up again! From day one that I really got to know you know you; Dodah you have been a great man to be around and listen to the great family memories you loved to share. Thank your for loving my friend the way you did ! The one you stiry you choke up on every time you told it has stayed most close to my heart and I can’t be more proud of a real man that never gave up on the morals of a real man and he never stopped loving the “love “ of life . Not many expressed things to me like he did and let his walls down to me like he did.Get’m ranger ! I know that lasso is working overtime and I can’t stop seeing his “up to no good smirk “ and then beautiful blue eyes I actually got to see through all the way to his heart . He loved his kids more than any one man I know did.one is “tough as nail and no one is going get nothing over on her”and his son that has his lovely grandsons ! He was so proud of his kids and their accomplishments! Love and miss you my friend ! I would say Rest In Peace but I can only imagine how you are now ! Never done!! Lol

I will miss your company. Our days and nights walking the the beach, getting excited about going to see our favorite musicians, dancing when we did, our "name that tune, that band and that year on long rides in the truck, better yet our long talks on those rides, your hugs, saying hello, I love you, bye, I love you and our "MUWAH", knowing you would be there , always , if I needed you. Your laughter and your baby blues. My best friend, I will always REMEMBER EVERYTHING.

Mr. Phil- I am so grateful to have known you and very thankful for all you did to help me. You had a heart of gold & would do anything & everything to help those lucky enough to have been in your life. Heaven gained an angel for sure! Who will dance & talk to your chickens now?? The bunker, fire pits, gardens, campers, foosball....such fond memories hanging at your house...I can´t believe you´re gone. Sending prayers for peace to your family as they navigate through this super sad time. Rest easy Mr. Phil.

Higdon Family, the world is a lesser place without Phil. A great patriot, someone who always did his best to help his fellow man, and a fun, terrific guy to be around. We are so glad that basketball brought Janice and I into his life. Krystal and Jeep, you all have the responsibility to make sure his grandkids know what an exceptional Grandfather they had. Phil will live on through them. He may be gone, but he will not be forgotten. Our prayers are with your family, and Phil.

Not enough space to share 45 years of friendship. All I can squeeze in is that I appreciate the friendship, guidance, laughs, and always knowing that you were there. Give Brian , Ronald hugs for us and stop in and let me know that you are still there looking over me. Will miss you my friend.
