Gaynelle Elizabeth Prosser Henebery CHARLESTON - Gaynelle Elizabeth Prosser Henebery of Chas., SC, 76, died April 24, 2023, after a long illness. Born Sept. 23, 1946, in Sumter, SC, to Harold B. Prosser & Willie Mae Ingram Prosser Morris. She was a devoted mother and loved gardening. She worked for Chas. Co. Family Court for 14yrs followed by Shahid's Uniform Shop. She is predeceased by her parents; her brother, H. Joseph Prosser; a son, Richard S. Henebery; and a daughter, Kathleen E. Henebery. Survivors include her sister, Linda P. Boone-Crosby (L.T.) of Johns Island, SC; a son, Lawrence E. Henebery, Jr. (Elizabeth) of Tappahannock, VA; a daughter, Linda A. Henebery of Chas., SC; 3 grandchildren, Joseph F. Rogers, IV; Laura E. Rogers; Steven E. Rogers; 7 great-grandchildren; and her best friend, Dolly Taylor Tant of Chas., SC. There will be a private burial.
