Gary and his lovely family came to us in 1966 when his father, Rev. Owen Hunter, became our pastor at Aspel Methodist Church. Their home was such a special place and we loved spending time there as teenagers. Gary's dad performed our wedding in 1969. We will always cherish the memories of Gary and his family.

Debbie, I was so sorry to hear of Gary's passing. It is so hard to believe that such a young, happy person can be taken from us. I know he will still be with you on your daily walks. I will be thinking of you and Eric and saying a prayer for your healing. God bless you both!

Ron and I were so saddened and shocked to read the news of Gary's passing. Our thoughts and prayers and with you and Eric and family during this difficult time. We were just talking about the two of you walking the dog on the IOP so many years ago...wonderful memories there as neighbors with you and our children! God bless you all.

It is hard for us to believe that Gary is gone. It will never be the same here at the VA Hospital- he was always cracking us up. The world is alittle bit dimmer but he is at peace and will always be a part of us.

I knew Gary from working with him at the VA. I will miss him; he was always smiling and kind to everyone. I pray for your loss and also am comforted in knowing we will see him again in heaven. God keep you.
