What stands out most for my memories of Fred is when he came to Prayer Meeting, he would share his love for and wisdom about God. Fred also shared how he enjoyed going into the church sanctuary and having special quiet time with Jesus as he enjoyed gazing at the beautiful stained glass mural there of Jesus holding a lamb in His arms and close to His heart. Fred said he had such peace there talking to God in his heart. Now, every time I look that mural, I can visualize Fred being there having his time with Jesus.
Love, thoughts, and prayers to Fred's family and friends. We surely miss him and Maxine.

Thank you for so many memories and being a major role model in my childhood. You were a grandpa to me and I could never thank you enough for stepping into that role. I will forever have your family in my thoughts and prayers. I am sure Max is excited to see you again. Thank you Mr.Fred for everything
