So sorry to hear about Frank's passing. He was a friend, colleague, and client, and I did not realize until now, a cousin (we share Ladner ancestry). A Charleston gentleman who contributed immensely to the city's historic preservation, Frank was also a magnanimous host, and a generous patron of many causes. My heart goes out to our Becky, his beautiful wife, and his family.

Mr. Gay was my Marketing professor at Baptist College in the mid 70´s. He was always supportive of me and other students in the different projects we were involved in. I will say Mr. Gay was a big influence on my career path in business and sales/ marketing. Sorry to hear of his passing, but know he had a positive effect on many of us that took his courses in school! God bless you Mr. Gay and thank you!
