Grandpa Frank was such a wonderful man and i still cant believe that he's gone. i miss him dearly and will always cherish the times we would visit him and Grandma... I remember like it was yesterday when he took us each out for a motorcycle ride.. he was so careful and went slow to not scare us but it was so incredibly fun! I miss him terribly and feel a little empty without him here but i know he's in the best place he can be right now and knowing that keeps me at peace!
I love you Grandpa!!!! you will always be in my heart!!!!

Frank would always call the Harley shop asking for "the Superwrench" when he wanted to ask me something--so, of course, I always asked for "the Superwrench" when I needed his advice at Sam's. I will miss you, Frank. They don't make them like you anymore, buddy.

I first met Frank in the late "70s. I then had the honor of working with him at CNSYD. We shared a common interest in motorcycles, and he taught me a lot. When my time here is done, I know I'll see him at the " scoot shop up above. Ride on, Two-Stroke.

Frank was a very talented guy that could fix about anything but yet humble about it. I knew who he was since the seventies but didn't get to know him till the late eighties. I'll miss going to Sam's and talking about racing, asking advice, and the perpetual back-and-forth teasing. A true motorcycle icon is gone, the end of an era.

Bart, Darla, Hirk and Paul,
I haven't seen you guys in many years but I last saw Frank about 5 years ago and it was great seeing him. It brought back a lot of memories from my childhood when we spent our week ends together at the Sville speedway. Frank was always like a part of my family. I know when my dad was out to sea on the submarines that Frank was always there to help Wesley with his bikes at the races. Frank was a great man and will be missed by many. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

The world has lost a true talent. Whether he was working on a world-class motorcycle or writing/engraving some of the most beautiful script I've personally ever seen, Frank was an artist. He had a unique and refreshing personality and it was my honor to know Frank and to have had the opportunity to work with him. I am truly sorry to read about his passing. My prayers are with his family during this time.

To the Radlbauer Family: My deepest condolences, sympathy and prayers to you all. I met Frank many years ago when he was working on motorycyles. Later I worked with him in our beloved shipyard. We shared many laughs and memories about motorcycling. I know Frank is probably working on bikes in the big shop up above. God speed Frank.

Dear Sharyn, Cliff and I send you our love and deepest sympathy. When we visited Frank the day after his accident we never suspected that his passing would be the outcome. I didn't know Frank well but always got a hug from him at Sunday breakfast. He will be missed by so many friends. May God bless and comfort you now and always,

To our friend Sharyn, who we have thought about and prayed for her to cope and keep her strength during this horrible time in her life. We know it is so hard to lose Frank as he was a great person to all that knew him. We know he is in a better place where he won't have to suffer and one of these days we will all meet in haven.
May god bless you and take care of you.
We love you,
Pattie and Jim Kelly
