Frank D. James, Jr. St. George, SC - Frank Dusenbury James, Jr., 77, of St. George, widower of Miriam Winn James, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, December 5, 2021. Graveside Funeral Services will be held Saturday, December 11, 2021, at 2:00 PM Oakbrook Memorial Park, Greenwood, SC, with Rev. Bert Welch officiating. Visitation will be Friday evening from 5:00-7:00 PM at Bryant Funeral Home, St. George. Frank was born on May 21, 1944, in Charleston, SC, a son of the late Frank Dusenbury James, Sr. and Lucille Richardson James. He was a graduate of Aynor High School, served in the US Air Force and retired as a Supervisor with Westvaco. He was a member of Memorial Baptist Church where he was a former Deacon and Sunday School teacher. He was predeceased by siblings, Lora J. Jones, Sherrill Johnson and Judy Covert. Surviving is a son, Steven C. (Jan) James, Port Orange, FL; a daughter, Frankie James (Noel) Painter, Deland, FL; grandchildren, Connor Painter, Aidan Painter, Hudson James and Finley James; a brother, Kevin James, Galivants Ferry, SC; sisters, Connie (Walter) Doyle, Conway, Lynn (David) Fox, Aynor and Dee Dee (Jim) Dew, Conway. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Association, www.alz.org, 225 N.
