My most sincere and heartfelt condolences to his family, Phyllis and Alex. The only word that can summarize him would have been 'spectacular'. His presence in our world was a burning flame that went out too suddenly and no one can come near to taking his place.
I feel that with his boundless energy and enthusiasm, he fulfilled a complete lifespan in so few years.

Thank you for everything my pal. You made my life much more interesting and for me and my family and honor to know such an outstanding human being.

Frank was an enthusiastic supporter of Seahawk who worked hard to show others how much had been accomplished in securing the Port of Charleston. He loved Charleston, and looked forward to returning. He had great insight into the threats we face and he will be sorely missed for the storhouse of experience that he possed. A great Citadel Man.
