I am so sorry to hear about your loss. I never had the pleasure of meeting Frank. It sounds like he was a wonderful husband and father. If you need anything, please let me know.

Frank will be missed dearly, by those who loved him as a husband, a father, a friend, and those he had sworn to serve and protect as a deputy sheriff. He touched each of their lives in someway, with everyone he came into contact with, both the good and the bad. He is gone, but he’ll not for gotten, by all that knew him even for a short time such as I. Frank as the say in the Navy, “Fair Winds and Following Sea’s” I’ll see you again in the mansion in the sky. We’ll take the watch from here and carry on until it is our turn, to turn over the watch to someone else.

To all the family,freinds and guys at the police department my heart is with everyone during this hard time in your life. I knew frank from when he would come into the oakbrook exxon next to the substation at night to get his coffee. I remember alot of stories we shared and just sometimes we would talk about when we had a bad day. He will surely be missed by all who knew him. He was always know as a guardian angel but now he has his wings to protect us all. I made a memorial photo of frank with a poem if anyone would like a copy just email me and ill send you one.
