AGE: 91 • Wilmington
Mr. Caldwell departed this life November 15, 2014. Husband of Martha Caldwell; father of Harry McClelland (Maria), Frank Maddrey (Gladiola), Dora Mary Jane Caldwell-Carter (William), Frankie Caldwell, Elizabeth Caldwell, Anthony "Pete" Maddrey, Ernestine, Barbara, and Karen Randolph. He also leaves to cherish his memory a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his two sons, the late James Frank Caldwell and Charles Ellis. Mr. Caldwell was owner of Caldwell's Refuse Service, Caldwell's Trucking and Frank's Auto Repair & Sales. Funeral 11am, Sat., Nov. 22nd at St. Paul UAME Church, 3114 N. Market St., Wilm, DE; viewing 9-10:45am only. Burial 2pm, Mon., Nov. 24th in Delaware Veterans Cemetery.

Frank and Glady, There is NO words i can even say except when i met Frank Sr, in the Early 80;s I learned and Listened to Everthing he told me A WISE man and Funny Greeat times ! And As you can see Frank Jr(Maddrey)Turned out the same who I STILL to this day Thank you Glady and Frank for Your Support !Listen to his sons advice and actually listen (stubborn MARINE here) but ive Learned alot !! Thanks again If you need ANYYTHING please call I will Miss Himm !! Thoughts of Love and Peace go to you Always

I would like to send my Condolences to the family.
I did not know Frank personaly but years ago around the early 70's Caldwell Refuse picked up our refuse in Collins Park for years fro the time I was a small child till I was in my mid 20's.May God be with all of you's through this time of sorrow..R.I.P Frank Caldwell
