Dar Joann,
Frank was such a special man, and such a wonder father, step father and grandfather. Losing him so suddenly is so difficult, but you will have such wonderful memories. I am so glad you were able to make the Orlando trip this spring. That is so special.
Don't ever forget that your friends are here for you whenever you need us.

I always enjoyed our visits and just wish they could have been more frequent. Dining out was always a highlight and filled with fun and laughter.

Frank Taylor was my brother-in-law for over twenty years. In all that time I never heard him utter a cross word towards anyone. Frank and I always got along. He was a very kind man and a good husband to my sister, JoAnn. I know we will all be together again one day, but until then, Frank, rest in peace.

You will always be my forever love. Joann

Frank and I were brand new second lieutenants and good buddies in the 1st Battalion of the 7th Cavalry Regiment stationed in Japan in 1956. On weekends, we toured the cultural sites of nearby Kyoto and learned as much as we could about Japan. During the week, we paid close attention to our sergeants and Company commander to learn what we could about the Army.
Frank was a very good friend from a long time ago. My condolences to his family.
