Francis O. "Soup" Johnson JOHNS ISLAND - The relatives and friends of Mr. Francis O. "Soup" Johnson and those of his beloved wife, Mrs. Thomasina Rebecca Johnson, his children: the late Gwendolyn Roper, Cynthia Govan, Debra Legare, LaSonya Johnson and Barbara Simmons, his son -in-law, James Roper, his brother-in-law, Lawrence Snipe, his siblings: the late Suzanna Simmons, Mary Bligen, Elouise Nelson, Rafael, Eugene and Oscar Johnson, his loyal friend and cousin, Peter Fields, a host of grands, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends are all invited to attend his funeral service on Tuesday, September 7, 2010, 12 Noon at Wesley United Methodist Church, 2718 River Road, John's Island, SC. The Rev. Otis Scott, Jr., Pastor. Interment: Church Cemetery. Mr. Johnson will lie in state at the church on Tuesday from 11 AM until the hour of service. Family and friends may call or visit Walker's Mortuary today (Monday) from 12 Noon until 8 PM. To Latebria and the Johnson Family.....my heart goes out to u guys and I will you keep you all in my prayer, know that Mr. Johnson is now feasting that milk and honey, and wearing his long white robe and golden crown, so remember weeping may endure for a night but joy comes in the morning, so just rejoice for he was a great man, especially when it came to his family, I will forever hold the memories of him close to me, Tebria I love you, we had some awesome grandfathers, and now that they both in heaven we must exemplify what they instilled in us......remember if you need a shoulder to lean on, Im here, love you......R.I.P Mr. Johnson
