After a stellar Air Force career, Frank was the contractor that ran our corrosion control wash program that kept our C-141 aircraft in pristine condition which enabled Charleston AFB to effectively carry out its contingency and humanitarian missions. It was always great to see Frank limping across the flightline to `yell´ at someone with that twinkle in his eyes and wry smile. Rest well, old friend....thank you for keeping our Nation safe.
