My husband and I met Consandra at NewSpring Church years ago. She was a greeter at the door into the church. Consandra has an infectious smile, and we were drawn to her. We began by passing greetings, but then started longer chats, and eventually fell into a deep, sweet friendship that, unfortunately, we only shared on Sundays. In those few minutes each week, Consandra shared her journey and was on the kidney list, and we started praying. I remember when a kidney became available, but Consandra was too sick for a transplant. Not even in this unfortunate circumstance, did I see anything in her countenance, but joy and peace. I love you Consandra! Can't wait to see you in heaven!!
