Frances Low Obituary

Frances Low Mt. Pleasant - Frances Williams Low, 94, of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, wife of the late David Wilson Low, Jr., entered into eternal rest Wednesday, August 25, 2021. Her Funeral Service will be held Saturday, August 28, 2021 in J. Henry Stuhr Inc., Mount Pleasant Chapel, 1494 Mathis Ferry Road, at 2:00 pm. Entombment will follow in Mount Pleasant Memorial Gardens, 1308 Mathis Ferry Road. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Please wear a mask and social distance. Frances was born September 1, 1926 in Tabor City, North Carolina, daughter of the late Lester Williams and the late Mary Harrelson Williams. She was one of eight children. She is survived by her two daughters, Judy Folk (Bill) of Goldsboro, NC and Janet Low of Mt. Pleasant, SC; two sons, William Stanley Low (Mary) and David Wilson Low III (Shirley) all of Mt. Pleasant, SC; 8 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a grandchild and her siblings. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Roper Hospice Cottage, 676 Wando Park Blvd., Mt. Pleasant, SC 29464.
