I LOVED WORKING WITH FRANNIE SHE IS A BEAUTIFUL PERSON, AS AN ANIMAL LOVER MYSELF WE ALWAYS HAD ALOT TO TALK ABOUT. I WILL MISS HER AND HER HUMOR, SHE BROUGHT TONS OF SMILES AND LAUGHTER TO ALL SHE WAS AROUND. I'M LUCKY TO HAVE HAD THE PLEASURE OF KNOWING HER. ALL MY HEART FELT CONDOLENCES GO TO HER FAMILY. Twenty years ago I had the pleasure of meeting and working with a lady named Frani. And please always add the i to the end of her name, because she would be right there to correct you.
Frani was a lady way before the internet, when Hop Along Cassidy was just a good friend who had drinks she served at the Gloria. I grew to love the stories Frani told of the days gone by. You could almost shut your eyes and see her and Flo and Johnny, travel from OH to FL, from the Gloria to all the hot spots down Riverside Drive. I can't forget her wild and crazy stories from their trip to Italy. My husband Chuck and I lived in the Granville area for a long time. One of the many memories was Frani and Flo driving down Northeast Broadway (we are still not sure who was driving the car) both were almost out of the car window telling some poor soul to watch out for the Akita's (our dogs). The look on the womens face and the laughter we heard all the way down the street was just one of the many laughs those 2 caused.
That was our Frani. Always shooting from the hip. Telling it like it was, rather she was in a chicken outfit or the famous bunny suit, to help with a friends Birthday Party or a niece or newphew's easter egg hunt. You could always count on her to give all she had to give.
At the Treasurer's Office we called her the Queen of Tax. After Frani retired we looked forward to her coming back to help run all the taxes. There was a sense of Peace knowing our little fireball was coming back to help out.
Frani was sassy, loving and honest with the world. She touched so many lives, and yes, that circle is getting smaller than it once was, but let's be honest, that was one huge circle of many many friends, family and wonderful pets she loved with all of her heart. GOODBYE DEAR FRIEND, SAY HEY TO FRANK AND THE GANG. YOU WILL BE MISSED BY ALL.
LOVE YA KID-0
Vivian
