Frances LeTellier Obituary

Frances Melsheimer LeTellier Charleston - Frances Melsheimer LeTellier, 87, of Charleston, SC, wife of MG Carroll N. LeTellier, US Army (Ret.), entered into eternal rest Sunday, June 11, 2017 at home surrounded by her family. Her funeral service will be held Friday, June 16, 2017 in Grace Church Cathedral, 98 Wentworth Street at 1:00 p.m. with a reception to follow service in the Church. Interment will be held at a later date at Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, VA. Arrangements by J. HENRY STUHR INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL. Born August 6, 1929 in Vicksburg, Mississippi, she was the daughter of the late Francis Robert Melsheimer Jr., and Louise Wilson Melsheimer. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Mississippi and was a retired educator. Frances was a member of Grace Church Cathedral. She is survived by her spouse of 63 years, MG Carroll N. LeTellier, US Army (Ret.) of Charleston, SC; and daughter, Mary C. LeTellier of Charleston, SC. Her son, Francis R. LeTellier preceded her in death in 2016, her son Carroll N. LeTellier preceded her in death in 1998, and her daughter Norma Louise LeTellier preceded her in death in 1967. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Grace Church Cathedral, 98 Wentworth St, Charleston, SC 29401 or the Garden Club of Charleston, P.O. Box 20652, Charleston, SC 29413. My Dearest Mr.Carrol and Mary I am so sad ,I inheirted my dear Ms.Frances a few years ago as a client and i can never tell you how very special she has been to me.We became great friends and shared our love for so many things we had in common.our animals and my work with the Veterans were always an interest for her.. Just so you both know thati can not be there tomorrow but my love to you all wll and my special love for her will always be with you. She was much more than a Client and will always be part of my heart..
