I lived next door to Frances for 8 years and never had a better friend. She was one fine and strong person and will be terribly missed by all of us. Luckily, I have so many happy, happy memories which I will share with her daughters later on. It breaks my heart not to be able to be there for the services.

With a sad heart but happy memories--
