Floyd Zurenda Obituary

Floyd Bernard Zurenda, Sr. BEAUFORT, SC - Mr. Floyd Bernard Zurenda, Sr. of Beaufort, SC died early Saturday morning November 10th, 2012 at the Veteran's Victory House in Walterboro, SC after an extended illness. Survivors include two sons: Floyd Bernard "Bernie" Zurenda, Jr. and fiance; Jennifer Ann Carter of Hampton, SC and Wayne Anthony Zurenda and wife Susan of Spartanburg, SC, three grandchildren: Sarah Peyton Zurenda Kitchen and husband Ron of Ladys Island, SC, Charles Baring Farmer Zurenda and France-Olivia Zurenda both of Columbia, SC. There are two great-grandchildren. Mr. Zurenda was predeceased by two sisters. Graveside funeral services with Military Honors will be held November 15th, 2012 at 11 A.M. in the National Cemetery in Beaufort, SC conducted by Father Carl Bauer and directed by Peeples-Rhoden Funeral Home. Memorials in his memory may be directed to the Veteran's Victory House, 2461 Sidneys Road, Walterboro, SC 29488.
