Hello Family, we adopted each other especially when Ms. Sadie lived on the Avenue (across the street from Allen). Know that she is absent from the body but present with the Lord. I will always remember her gentle ways. My thoughts flow to the fact that she is reunited with her family that have gone on before her. Most of all, I pray that God will heal your hearts a little each day and remember to give him the heavy part of your burden.

Florence was a virtuous woman. “Her price is far above rubies.”“ Strength and honour are her clothing; and she shall rejoice in time to come. She openeth her mouth with wisdom; and in her tongue is the law of kindness. She looketh well to the ways of her household, and eateth not the bread of idleness. Her children arise up, and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praiseth her. Many daughters have done virtuously, but thou excellest them all. Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the LORD, she shall be praised. Give her of the fruit of her hands; and let her own works praise her in the gates.” (Proverbs 31)
The fruit of her hands was the love and discipline she shared, especially with her family. We thank the Lord for her life. While we will miss her and mourn her passing, we know that to be absent from the body is to be in the presence of the Lord.
Our love and prayers are with you.

Dear Mark and the entire Anderson and Gibbs families, knowing Florence Gibbs (your mom) was a God send for many, especially me. A vibrant, righteous woman who consistently displayed an abundance of love all the time. I thank God for allowing us to cross path for she certainly put a smile on my face and though she will be missed, I'm certain she is at peace with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Thanks for sharing your mom and family. God bless you (the family) for it is my prayer that you be comforted by God's promises and the precious memories Florence stamped on your hearts for years to come.

We regret hearing this news; she was such a darling. Everyone who knew her loved to hear her beautiful voice when she sang and when she spoke. What a lady she was !
