Remembering my other mama on this anniversary of here passing, and always. My Aunt Flora was a special lady. Rest in Peace

I think of you often, and you will never be forgotten. You and Mom must be having a great time these days. Your memories are a blessing.

Has it really been 10 years since we lost her!? Gone but never forgotten. RIP sweet Aunt.

Just a note that I'll never forget my Aunt Flora. I always considered her my 2d mama. I believe she felt the same way. Rest in Peace.

In our memories, we always danced and traveled with the best. Flora was more my sister than my Mothers sister. Time and age separated us at the end. My love will always be with you, you are dancing with the Angels.

My aunt Flora was beautiful, smart, sassy and will always live on in our memories.

Flo was a great friend and a wonderful human being. Our thoughts and prayers go to her family and she will missed by many.

Flora was always fun and dedicated to helping others. She was a tremendous leader in the State and local Democratic party and no job was too unimportant for her to do. She made thousands of calls to remind Democratic of meetings and to ask them to volunteer. A great woman and true friend to so many.

I was saddened to learn of Mrs. Flora's passing, and have many fond memories of each of you who she continues to live through.
May you be comforted.

I was so sorry to hear of your Mom's passing. She was such a huge part of my life, growing up in Battery Point, learning the ropes on many a campaign trail (I can still stuff envelopes better than anyone!) Aunt Flora will be missed, but I know she's at Peace in heaven! sorry I cannot be with you tomorrow, but know I will be there in spirit!

"Aunt" Flora made a difference in my life and many others in the family and extended family while we were growing up. She is a force of nature that will be missed in this world and cherished in the next enjoying the eternal rewards. I am sorry to not be able to extend condolences to the family in person. I had the pleasure of meeting Flora many years ago and enjoyed sitting next to her at BEVR meetings for several years. She always had a delightful story to share.

I have so many fond memories of Flora going back many years. She was a dear friend of my family and will be missed by us all. You are in my thoughts and prayers...we are all better having known Flora.

Flora was a special person that I knew through Democratic Women. She was always so considerate. In spite of my objections, she ordered special meals for me because I was a vegetarian. She was always looking out for others. She will be missed.

Though my aunt Flora has passed through the portals of life eternal, she still lives on earth in the acts of goodness she performed, and in the hearts and minds of those who cherish her memory. Her life serves as a loving benediction to us that love her, may she rest in peace. Amen.

I was saddened to read in the Post & Courier the announcement of Flora's passing. I consider it a blessing to have been friends with Dick and Flora for almost 30 years. They were both very sweet and funny people. While it is sad for all of you to no longer have her here with you, can you imagine the reunion that she and Dick must be having right now in Heaven? All of you can take comfort in knowing that she no longer suffers any pain and that she is at rest in God's tender care.
