My thoughts and prayers go out to Fely's family. She was a special lady and her passing is a great loss! She will be missed! We trained together to become school administrators and enjoyed a long friendship. RIP Fely.

I'm sorry to learn of Fely's passing. She was a beautiful lady on the inside as on the outside. She was a good educator and she loved her family very much. She touched many lives in a very positive way. She will be missed by many. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.
