Dear Brewer Family,
It is such sadness that "Mr. Everett" as we knew him passed away. We were Mildred & Everett's neighbor on James Island for years. We have such fond memories, Fred spent hours/days in the wood working shop. Please know that you are in thoughts and prayers

Dear Mildred-
I am JD and Kathy Cox's youngest son, Michael. I remember you both very well as a young boy growing up in Parkshore III. I always remember Mr. Brewer carrying his trusty smoke pipe. I used to love the smell of his pipe. I even remember your cat too. Those were the greatest years growing up living next to you.
You are very special people to me and my family. I have been married for 7 years and have two little one's of my own. My son Scott Cox is 7, and Alexia Cox is 5. We now live in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Mr. Brewer will always have a special place in my memories of growing up. I will never forget his smile. I wish you and your family the very best during these difficult times.

To Mildred and Family:
So sorry to read of Everetts passing in the newspaper yesterday.
We lived next door on Charing Cross
Road in Parkshore III in Charleston.
J.D. and Everett were really good
friends and we always enjoyed talking with both of you especially
both being new home owners in a new
area. I used to see Mr. Brewer when he came into Roper Hospital
also I worked as a volunteer at the
front desk and he always stopped and talked a few minutes; I had
missed seeing him and knew you had
moved to James Island but was not
aware you had moved again and left
Charleston. Please accept our
sincere condolences on your loss and know we will never forget either of you and the years we were
neighbors. May God keep you and your children in his love and care
during this sad time.
Always your neighbor and friend
