I am very saddened to learn of Evelyn's passing. She will always be a part of my cherished childhood memories of visiting Jamestown-from Baltimore-to see family and friends. The cherished memories and special connection will last forever. May God's peace and blessings be with the family and to all others who are deeply saddened by this earthly loss.
One love,
David and Ann Richardson

Words can't express how we feel about the passing of our dearest cousin. Evelyn Scott-Smalls was known as a servant of God and a wonderful giver. She contributed faithfully, as a community helper to anyone who needed her assistance. I remember, when she became the founder of the 'Pink Lady Bikers Club"in the Shulerville,Jamestown and the surrounding communties. It was a fundraiser and fitness club to support nonprofit organizations and to help the ladies with healthy lives . She battled her life's journey in the last few years with grace and courage. It was something that one could not ever imagined. Now, that the battle is over, she shall wear a crown. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the children: LaToya, Rachad, granddaughter, siblings, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and her mother-in-law and father-in-law."Weeping may endure for a night, but JOY comes in the morning."

To the family and friends of Evelyn, I am sorry you had to lose someone so important and special in your life, she was such a sweet woman. I am praying for you and the rest of your family.
Toya & Rashad, no one can replace your mom, but God can comfort your heart. He knows what you need during this time much better than anyone else. I pray he gives you strength and understanding during this time of bereavement.
