To the Capers family I'm so sorry for your loss. I've known Ms. Evelina Capers for 26yrs, being married to her nephew Thomas. Ms. Capers was always a sweet, kind and giving women. Ms. Capers will certainly be missed. To all her children, you have my deepest sympathy. Your pain is in my heart.
