Eva Heller Obituary

Eva Heller, 102, of Louisville, died Thursday at her residence. She was a native of Russia and co-owner of Heller Drugs, 1731 W. Chestnut St., until 1967. She was a member of Anshei Sfard Congregation, Hadassah, National Council of Jewish Women-Louisville Section, Anshei Sfard Sisterhood and Amit Women. She is survived by her daughter, Clarice H. Berman and her husband, Stanley, of Armonk, NY; a daughter-in-law, Nancy Heller of Port Washington, NY; grandchildren, Caroline Heller, Katherine Heller, Lisa Heller Bass, Mark Berman and Steven Berman; and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Sunday at Herman Meyer & Son, 1338 Ellison Avenue, with interment in Anshei Sfard Cemetery. Visitation will begin after 10 a.m. Sunday. Memorial donations may be given to either Anshei Sfard Congregation, the Jewish Community Center or the donor's favorite charity.
