Eva Quick Rodenberger Best SUMMERVILLE - Eva Quick Rodenberger Best, 84, widow of Curtis Best, passed away, Saturday, July 9, 2016 at Trident Medical Center. Family and friends are invited to attend her Memorial Service on Friday, July 15, 2016 at 10 o'clock at James A. Dyal Funeral Home Chapel. Flowers will be accepted. Mrs. Best was born April 21, 1932 in Summerville, daughter of the late Elmo Merritt Rodenberger and Fannie Eva Auld Rodenberger. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother and Aunt. Her world was her family. Survivors include her children: Karl F. Quick, Jr. (Amal) of Kuwait, Terry L. Quick of St. Stephen, Eva L. McGrath (Larry) of Schenectady, NY, Claude W. Quick (Olga) of Goose Creek, Jerry A. Quick (Karen) of Moncks Corner, Lauraie A. Zealy (Vincient) of Summerville and Tina M. Hunter (Ralph) of North, SC; several stepchildren, 27 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and one brother: Donald V.
