Eugene Seawright SWANSEA, SC - Mr. Eugene Seawright, 72, of Swansea, SC, passed away Thursday, November 20, 2025, at his residence. The funeral service will be held 1:30 p.m., Sunday, November 30, 2025, at Bible Way Church of Atlas Road, Columbia, SC. Burial will follow in Prodigal AME Church Cemetery in Swansea, SC. Mr. Seawright is survived by his wife, Margaret Seawright of the home; his children, Cohran Tiwan Seawright, Marcia Monique Seawright, Marcus Eugene Seawright, and Antjuan Orlando Seawright; his grandchildren, Nicholas Harrell, Lauryn Pearl Seawright, and Milana Demure Seawright; a brother, Bishop Harry Lee (Sherita) Seawright; and many other relatives. He was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Kaiyah T'selani Tyanna Horton-Seawright. Public viewing will be from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Saturday, November 29th, at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church in Swansea. The Seawright Family will receive visitors from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the residence until the day of the service. W.B. Crumel Funeral Home of North is in charge of arrangements.
