Interment - Payne RMUE Memorial Gardens, 2012 Sea Water Drive, James Island, SC. A public viewing will be held Friday, August 26, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the mortuary. Mr. Delaney is survived by his mother, Juanita Delaney Powers; two sisters, Glenda Ford (Dennis) and Elder Melissa Delaney; one brother, Otha Marvin Delaney; one uncle, Clyde Hamilton (Jenitha); one aunt, Reverend Earline Nelson; two step-sons, Leon McGill and Devyn McGill; two nephews, Jordan Ford and Joshua Lee; one niece, Dr. Akayla Ford Gillians (Jermaine); one grandnephew, Marley Gillians; and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
