My prayers are for comfort and peace for the family and friends of Eric Armstrong and that The Lord will see you through this time.

Dearest Aunt Tommie & Family:

I was so saddened to hear about your beloved Eric. You are all in my thoughts and prayers at this time.

I have fond memories of Uncle Eric extending back to early childhood when, during our visits to Charleston, he always greeted me and my family with the most loving hug and inviting smile. A beautiful memory like this is how I will remember and cherish him.

I hope the warm memories you have of Eric will live in your hearts and give you comfort and peace today and always.

Cousin Tommie:

My heart aches to have learned of Eric's passing. For over the 60+ years that I have known him, he was always a loving and doting husband to his beloved Tommie. He was a caring and dedicated father to his children and a wonderful son-in-law to Aunt Marie and Uncle Manny. My family and I loved Eric. He possessed a warm and endearing personality. We will miss him but will always remember how much he loved you and his family.

I am at a loss for adequate words to express my sadness for you and your family. I had the blessed opportunity of knowing Mr. Armstrong as a friend, neighbor and church brother and I know heaven just received one of the most special person. I will miss those visitations of laughter and good times we shared.

Mr.Armstrong was a wonderful man and he was always singing the prasies of his children that he loved so dearly. And Mrs. Armsrong to me she was always his lovely bride. Through out the years my husband became ill and no matter how Mr. Armsrtong felt he always ask about Danny and had a little prayer with me before he left our office. He will be saddly missed but he is resting in peace now with God. Mrs, Armstrong you are a strong and lucky woman,he is with you. bless you and your family at this time. all of at The MOB (lab) will miss him dearly....

I feel so privileged to have known Mr. Armstrong and to have met so many of the family on our recent visit to Charleston. He was so well-loved and respected by everyone who knew him. Mr. Armstrong welcomed us to Wesson Ave 18 years ago, and we will miss him as a dear friend to our whole family.
