Elizabeth "Libba" Palmer MT. PLEASANT - Elizabeth "Libba" Blanding Palmer, of Mt. Pleasant, SC, went to heaven on Thursday, March 30, 2023. Her memorial service will be held Tuesday, April 4, 2023 at First (Scots) Presbyterian Church, 53 Meeting Street, Charleston, SC at 2:00 in the afternoon. The family will receive friends after the service at their home. A private burial will be held at a later date in Sumter. Libba is the daughter of Christopher Cordes Palmer and Page Blanding Palmer. She was born on October 29, 2020 and brought joy and light to the world and all of those around her. She was loved and adored by many friends and family. She is survived by her parents; maternal grandmother Beverlee Page Blanding; paternal grandfather, Cordes Prioleau Palmer; paternal grandparents, Alison Shaw Davis and Thomas Hamilton Davis III; great-grandmother, Betty Lewis Davis; uncles Walker McRae Blanding, Thomas Hamilton Davis IV; and aunt, Lauren Davis Ronk (Travis). She was predeceased by her grandfather, Donald McQueen Blanding III.
