I was engaged to her grandson Ivian when he passed away . I remember how accepting she was and treated me like her own granddaughter. I kept in touch with her for a while after his death. She even met my oldest son when he was a baby. It's been so long ago and I still miss her

Nancy,

My deepest sympathy to you, Henry, Beth and your family. Although I was only around your mother a few times I felt like I had known her all my life. I know how much she meant to you and you to her. When we were together I remember her ever present smile that radiated not only from her mouth but her eyes and most of all her actions. Peace to you my friend.

Your mom was a very special lady. Though I regret not visiting her during her sickness - my memories of her, bring nothing but smiles! She will be missed greatly by all who have had the opportunity to know her. She raised two wonderful daughters, that are dear friends to me. I hope you know that I am here if you need me. With much love and sympathy. Tootie

What a grand lady with two very fine daughters! I was honored to know and be around Nance, Ivan and Betty as a family. Know Betty will be missed but what wonderful care and love she received. Sorry I cannot be there to celebrate her life but you all will be in my thoughts.

Love to all,

Raenell

Betty will always hold a "very special" place in our hearts. In the last several years her positive attitude and winning smile will always be remembered and missed dearly during our daily lives. We wish to extend our deepest sympathy to her daughters who we have developed a very special relationship with over the last several years. Betty will be sadly missed beyond words.
