Elizabeth Morrin Obituary

Grace Gatti Morrin MT. PLEASANT - Grace Gatti Morrin, 84, also known as Betty, Grandma Gracie, or Gracie, passed away Monday, March 12, 2012, in Calabasas, California. She graduated from Mount Saint Vincent College in Riverdale, NY. She was an employee of Tiffany's in engraving and stationary. Survivors include sons, Gregory and his son Andrew of Arlington, VA, Frank of Santa Cruz, California, John and his wife Laurie Schoppe Morrin of Mount Pleasant, and children Danielle Megan and Travis John, and daughter, Elizabeth and her husband Gerry Greengard and their son Thomas of Malibu, California. A final Funeral Mass was held in her honor at Corpus Christi Catholic Church in Pacific Palisades. Interment was held at Calverton National Cemetery on Long Island, New York where she joined her husband. The family would like to extend our many thanks to the family and friends who supported us during this time. She was a devout Catholic who attended Christ Our King, celebrated life everyday playing bridge at both the Mount Pleasant and Christ Our King senior centers. Working at ECCO was always deeply satisfying. Her theater friends were close to her heart and her neighborhood friends were an extension of her family.
