Effie Prince Obituary

PRINCE, Effie Effie Jeanette Faircloth Prince, of Summerville, widow of Newsome O. Prince, entered into eternal rest on April 13, 2006, at a local hospital. Born July 3, 1921, in Paraway, NC. She was the daughter of the late Lewis B. Faircloth and Margaret V. Faircloth. Mrs. Prince was a homemaker and a member of the Old Fort Baptist Church. Survivors include: a daughter, Kathie Smith and her husband Douglas of Summerville; two grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. Mrs. Prince was predeceased by her husband Newsome O. Prince and two daughters, Deborah C. Prince and Jamie Prince Huttner. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 15, 2006, 11 a.m., at Carolina Memorial Funeral Home Chapel, 7113 Rivers Avenue, North Charleston. Burial will follow in Carolina Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., April 15, 2006, prior to the service at Carolina Memorial Funeral Home. Arrangements are being handled by CAROLINA MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME.
