Edward Blake Sanders, Jr. Goose Creek - Edward Blake Sanders, Jr., 56, of Goose Creek, passed away Friday, June 22, 2018, at his residence. Family and friends are invited to attend his visitation on Monday, June 25, 2018, from 5 to 7 o'clock at James A. Dyal Funeral Home. Funeral Service is Tuesday, June 26, 2018, at 11 o'clock at James A. Dyal Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Dorchester Memory Gardens, 11000 Dorchester Road, Summerville, SC 29483. Mr. Sanders was born May 16, 1962, in Charleston, son of the late Edward Blake Sanders, Sr. and Joyce Shurstedt Sanders. He was a member of St. Timothy's Lutheran Church. He served as a Supervisor at McKinley Crating. Survivors include one son: Edward Blake Sanders, III of North Charleston; two brothers: Rick Sanders (Renee) of Johnsonville, SC, and Jimmy Sanders (Misty) of North Charleston and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by one sister: Janie Sanders. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The American Cancer Society, 5900 Core Avenue, North Charleston, SC 29406.
