Dr. Proctor was the very BEST doctor to grace the halls of Conway Hospital. He had a wonderful bedside manner with his patients and was a kind, caring and giving person. You didn't have to ask.....by his actions, you knew he was a man that walked with God. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this time of sorrow and May God's Love and Peace sustain you in the coming days.

Dr Proctor was one of a kind. As you know, everyone that knew him loved him. As far as I am concerned, he was the BEST physician that ever walked the halls of Conway Hospital. He was a man that walked the talk. My family gives him and God the credit for saving my brother's life back in the late 50's. I worked with him at the hospital. So sorry for your loss. I loved him and he was a wonderful person. May God's love and peace sustain you during this time of grief.
