I am so sorry to hear about the death of your father, who knew that on last fourth Sunday when you visited Bethel AME in McClellanville, and I asked about your father you, said that he didn't come because, it was his Sunday to sing on the choir. It just goes to show us that life on earth is a temporary assignment. Everyday is a Gift. May God keep you, and remember that we are praying for you and the family.

I am so sad to hear of the loss of your father. I rode with him many weekends to my Uncle Jessie's house during his tenure at McClellanville Middle School.

He and Mrs. Bennett were wonderful, caring individuals who made an impact on the children in the Awendaw and McClellanville communities.
