SINGLETON, Edith The relatives and friends of Mrs. Edith Singleton, widow William Singleton, Jr., those of her children, John H. Heyward, Ethelyn Hymes, Jackie Singleton (Faye), Louise Grant, Virginia Simmons (late Raymond), Dianna Singleton and Sandra Singleton, eight grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, sister of James Heyward (Virginia), Frances Matthews and Herman Heyward (Jackie), a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives are invited to attend her home-going service, Thursday, March 8, 2007, 1:00 p.m. at Payne R.M.U.E. Church, 1560 Camp Road, James Island, SC. Rev. Thomas Junious, Pastor. Friends may call FIELDING HOME FOR FUNERALS, 122 Logan Street, 722-3348 or 1-800-290-5954. Remains to the church on Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. The family will receive friends on Wednesday at the church from 7 to 8 p.m. Remains to the church on Thursday at 12 noon. Please know that my heart is sad to have learned of Sis. Singleton's demise and then it is glad knowing that to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. My deepest sympathy and heartfelt condolences are sent your way. I will keep this family in my prayers.
