Eddie Neal Obituary

Eddie L. Neal HARLEYVILLE, SC - Eddie L. Neal, 79, of Harleyville, husband of Jenny I. Neal, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, May 13, 2023. A Memorial Service will be held 2:00 PM Sunday, May 21, 2023, at Indian Field United Methodist Church with the Rev. Robert Reeves and Rev. John Williams officiating. Pallbearers will be Bennett Judy, Cason Judy, Kaden Turbeville, Gunner Turberville, Sparky Westbury and Freddie Bozard. Ed was born on January 19, 1944, in Philadelphia, Mississippi, a son of the late Leon Leverne and Martha Hudnall Neal. He was a graduate of North Charleston High School, Clemson University and he served four tours Vietnam and was a POW. He was a retired San Diego Police Officer, ATF officer and owned a construction business. He was a member of Indian Field United Methodist Church. He was predeceased by a son, Troy Ball, and a stepson, Kyle Judy. Surviving is his wife, Jenny Infinger Neal, Harleyville; stepdaughter, Jill Judy Turbeville; stepson, Leigh (Suzanne) Judy; granddaughter, Danielle (David) Grohs; step-grandchildren, Kaden and Gunner Turbeville and Bennett and Cason Judy; great-grandson, Matthew Grohs; brother, Rick (Mary Elle) Neal; and two sisters, Brenda N. Ball and Phyllis Thomas.
