Eddie Banks Ridgeville, SC - Eddie Durden Banks, 68, of Ridgeville, SC, died Wednesday, August 5, 2015. His Funeral Service will be held Monday, August 10, 2015 in the J. HENRY STUHR, INC. NORTHWOODS CHAPEL, 2180 Greenridge Road at 10:00 am. Interment will follow the service at Plantation Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Sunday from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm in Stuhr's Northwoods Chapel. Eddie was born October 1, 1946 in Savannah, GA, son of the late David Paul Banks and the late Ruby Durden Banks. He was the former Director of Engineering for Charleston County. He was a member of Dorchester Masonic Lodge Omar Shrine and Rhett Avenue Christian Church. He is survived by two daughters, Lisa Brown (Steven) of Ridgeville, SC, Kelly Banks and Terry Dillon of Ladson, SC; two brothers, David Banks of Johns Island, SC, Kenneth Banks of Moncks Corner, SC; sister, Janie Buesing of James Island, SC; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
