My husband and I are saddened to hear of Mr. Earl's passing. We were at a club meeting about a year ago, to hear Mr. Earl speak about aviation,
his life and experiences. Ed and I both enjoyed very much visiting with him. He was so interesting! This was the only time I saw him, but I think my husband knew him from earlier meetings. Ed spoke so highly of Mr. Earl that I visited the club meeting just to hear him. This was my only visit. You are in our thoughts and prayers. We were blessed to know him. May you be comforted by the warmth of his memories.

Earl, you introduced me to EAA477 for which I'll always be grateful. We learned a lot about flying just being around you... and you never told us about all of your efforts to make flying better for us... had to read about it in the paper. The only negative thing I'll ever say about you is that you weren't supposed to bail out before me. We'll keep a chair for you in the hanger.

Hoy, Bob and I were saddened to hear of Earl's death. Wish we could have seen the two of you at Christmas. Our prayers are with you, little Earl and Mark. God bless you and give you His peace.

God Bless the Fisher Family. I will miss my Uncle Earl. He will always have a place in my heart. All of his nieces and his nephew from New Mexico will miss him. We send prayers for peace to Hoy, Earl and Marc.

Please accept my heartfelt sympathy. All of us will miss Earl. Lucky for me I have wonderful memories of our lengthy phone conversations once Earl's health began to limit his activities. Our phone visits were full of laughter as we recalled different life's experiences we enjoyed because of our love of aviation. We seemed to recognize the fearless nature of those who enjoy airplanes. If one can dream it, it is possible. We would usually end our visit with that thought. I was easily energized by Earl's vision and tireless nature. Earl will be missed by all who knew him.
