Douglas Murray Obituary

MURRAY, Douglas Douglas Robert Murray, age 46, of Conyers, died Monday, February 20, 2006. A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 24, 2005, at Horis A. Ward's Rockdale Chapel at 1:00 p.m., with Father Alex Viola officiating. A native of Charleston County, SC, Mr. Murray owned and operated Murray Appraisal Inc. and was a member of The Appraisal Institute, baptized in the Episcopal Faith, Graduated from the Poter Gaud School in Charleston and the University of South Carolina. He is survived by: wife, Laura Murray of Conyers; son, Alexander Douglas Murray of Conyers; parents, Oscar C. & Mildred R. Murray of Charleston, SC; brothers, Donald C. Murray of Sugarland, TX and Marvin P. Murray of Lexington, SC; sister, Carol M. Krakoff of Bonita Springs, FL. He was preceded in death by his brother, David R. Murray of Charleston, SC. The family will receive friends Friday, from noon to 1:00 pm, prior to the service at the funeral home.
