Still miss you brother. My kids know you well thru the stories I've shared throughout the years but, I always end each story telling them I wish you were here to tell it. Your story telling was such a talent.
There would have been so many topics over the last 11 years we would have disagreed on but having those debates and ending each one with a laughing fit would have been so much fun.
Rest easy Doug.

Still thinking of Doug today, I know he would have so much to say, from politics to football. Doug was never shy to share an opinion and I still appreciate that about him.

Someone once told me, greatness is not just achieved through ones life's accomplishments...it is also achieved through love and friendship. The people whom you surround yourself with;
makes you great and no other accomplishment, in life, big or small shall ever change that. Doug Miller Senior Year at The Citadel. I will never forget...

Doug had a great sense of humor, a sharp wit, and a gentle compassion for his fellow man. He was incredibly intelligent, insightful, and confident. A terribly tragedy; someone who should have been here for another 50 years to enjoy this Blessing with us. You will be missed Doug by your many friends from The Citadel. I was always impressed by your knowledge and interest in Mock-Trial. God Bless, I wish I could have made it back down to Charleston to see you sooner.
