Douglas Curry Obituary

Douglas Curry Summerville - Douglas E. Curry, of Summerville, SC/Canton, OH, passed away at the age of 66 on May 18, 2022. He was a beloved husband, father and cherished grandfather. Doug grew up in Canton, OH, where he met the love of his life, Barbara. Soon after he joined the U.S. Navy they moved to Summerville, SC, where he raised four children. Doug was known around the town as "the car guy". Cars were a big part of his life. Doug also had a great sense of humor and the best dad jokes. He will be greatly missed. He is survived by Barbara Curry, Debbie Barber, Douglas Curry, Jr., Vanessa Otts, Jennifer Bayer, Victoria Hallman, Laney Otts, Siris Otts, Owen Curry and Carson Curry. A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at 1:30PM at Parks Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at 12 o'clock noon until the time of service.
