Dorothy Watson Obituary

Dorothy Watson Charleston - Dorothy Champaigne Watson, 80, of Charleston, daughter of the late Thomas, Sr. and Sarah Champaigne, was born September 20, 1940 in Charleston, South Carolina and departed this life on Thursday, August 5, 2021. She was the wife of the late Mr. Earl Watson, Sr. Mrs. Watson was a loving mother and sister. She leaves to cherish her precious memories: children, Naomi W. Wages (Alvin) Earl Watson, Jr. (Nicole), Ernest Watson, Sr. (Jackie), Charles Watson, Norman Watson, Victor Watson (Pamela), Donald Watson (Deceased) and Corey Watson (Deceased), brother, George Champaigne, sister-in-law, Elizabeth, Stewart, daughter-in-law, Denise Watson. Eleven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. A special niece Valerie Ladson (Tony), nieces, nephews and a host of relatives and friends. Graveside services will be held at Sunset Memorial Gardens on Saturday, August 14, 2021 at 11:00 AM. The walk through for Mrs. Watson will be on Friday, August 13, 2021 from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at The Low Country Mortuary. Due to the COVID pandemic, we will be practicing social distancing and face masks will be required for the graveside services and walk through.
