DAVIS, Dorothy The relatives and friends of Mrs. Dorothy Davis, those of her children, Solomon Davis (Janice) of Red Top, Clarence Davis (Bertha) of North Charleston, Sharell Halfacre of New York, Joyce Doctor of Goose Creek, Doris Fludd of North Charleston, Minister Nathaniel Davis (Angela) of Charleston, Johnny Davis (Alma) of Charleston, Benjamin Davis, Jr. (Lana) of Charleston, Sidney Lee Davis (Jalitta) of Ladson, parents the late Joseph E. Thompson and Louise Thompson, brother, Isaiah Thompson of Charleston, sisters, Elizabeth Thompson of New York and Betty Jo Thompson of Charleston, sisters-in-law, Juanita Thompson of Charleston, Eliza Thompson of Jersey City, NJ, Marqurite Collington of Charleston, 19 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and relatives are invited to attend her funeral service, Friday, March 14, 2008, 11:00 a.m., at the Evening of Prayer Church of God in Christ, 2361 Spruill Avenue, North Charleston, SC, Superintendent William A. Prioleau, Pastor. Friends may call FIELDING HOME FOR FUNERALS, 122 Logan Street, 722-3348 or 1-800-290-5954. Viewing of the funeral home on Thursday, from 6 to 8 p.m. Remains to the church on Friday at 10:00 a.m. Interment: Sunset Memorial Gardens, Ashley Phosphate Road, North Charleston.
