“MOMA DOT”
Some kids have Grandmas, and Grandmas are pretty neat.
They cook and sew and play games and treat grand-kids really sweet.
Other kids have Grammys, and Grammys are good, too.
They laugh and play and snuggle, and hug you when you're blue.
I feel really special, because I have a one-of-a-kind!
She sews and plays games – and never cut my behind!
She taught me to use every pot in the house, when cooking just one meal.
And when you taste the yummy food, another talent is revealed.
She always likes to travel and is always running the roads.
If there's a cruise leaving Charleston, just let her grab her clothes!
She says some of the funniest things that ever were written...
Just like the time she said, "In my mouth, it tastes like a cat had kittens!"
About this special lady, I cannot say enough.
She can do anything a Grandma or a Grammy can, and a whole lot more stuff.
A Grandma and a Grammy, I ain't got.
But I have something better...I HAVE A MOMA DOT!!!
Love,
Ronda
