Doris Wenger Obituary

Doris Wenger Ladson - Doris Joanne Wenger, 79, of Ladson, SC passed in her sleep on Friday, May 25th following a brave battle with illness. Joanne is survived by four sons - Dennis, D. Richard, Daniel and Randall - eight grandchildren - Leanna, Dana, Grace, Darrin, Matthew, Ava, Emma, and Evan - and two siblings - Marian Nicodemus and Michael Glackin. She is preceded in death by her late husband of 53 years, David, her son, Darrin, and two siblings, John Glackin and Marcy Glackin. Visitation will be held at her home church, First Emmanuel Baptist Church, at 10665 Dorchester Road in Summerville, SC from 6pm-8pm on Saturday, June 2nd. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, June 3rd, at 3pm in the same location. Burial will follow at Plantation Memorial Gardens.
