Doris Trammell Rosser MT. PLEASANT - Doris Trammell Rosser, 93, of Mt. Pleasant, SC, widow of Jefferson D. Rosser, Sr. entered into eternal rest on the afternoon of April 21, 2012. ARRANGEMENTS BY J. HENRY STUHR INC., MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL. A graveside service will be held at a later date in Jonesboro Confederate Cemetery, Jonesboro, Georgia. Doris was born on November 7, 1918 in Morrow, Georgia, daughter of the late Doss Cullen Trammell and Lilla Mitchell Trammell and spent the majority of her life on Isle of Hope. She was a homemaker and life member of Isle of Hope Baptist Church in Savannah, Georgia. She is survived her son, Jefferson D. "JD" Rosser, Jr. and his wife, Connie, of Mt. Pleasant, SC; and her daughter, Dianna Rosser Lewis and her husband, Larry, of Knoxville, TN; seven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
