Dora Coker Obituary

COKER, Dora HOLLY HILL - Mrs. Dora Bunch Coker, 87, of Holly Hill, died Saturday, December 6, 2008 in a North Charleston hospital. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Monday at Target United Methodist Church with Rev. Barry Brinson officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Mrs. Coker was born in Holly Hill, a daughter of the late Joel Morgan Bunch and Devina Risher Bunch. She was a member of Target United Methodist Church and the widow of Alton Grady Coker. Surviving are daughters, Clara Jackson and Alice (Bobby) Westbury, both of Holly Hill; sons, Harmon (Jenny) Coker, Edgar (Jeanette) Coker, and Alvin (Susie) Coker, all of Holly Hill; sisters, Estis Hill of Ridgeville, Lucille Clark of Cross, Audrey Austin of Walterboro, and Helen Huff of Holly Hill; brothers, John Bunch and St. Luke Bunch, both of Holly Hill; 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren. Friends may call at AVINGER FUNERAL HOME from 4 to 6 p.m. this Sunday afternoon. Memorials may be made to Target United Methodist Church, PO Box 1303, Holly Hill, SC 29059.
